I made a yummy dinner last night

I have been trying to make new meals for my family to change it up a bit... Last night I made a delicious dinner, so delicious, i thought i would post the recipe here!

Quick Beef W/broccoli

1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 lb sirloin bee tips sliced 1/8 inch tick against the grain
3 tbsp oil
10 ounces frozen broccoli florets, thawed
3 garlic clove...chopped
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup water

Side Note: to thaw broccoli, place in covered microwave safe dish in microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with RICE!

Toss together 1st 4 ingredients in a bowl until meat is coated

Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok over high heat until hot but not smoking, then stir fry beef just until cooked through, about 1 minute. Transfer w/a slotted spoon to another bowl and keep warm, loosely covered w/foil.

Add Remaining 1 tbsp oil to work along w/broccoli and garlic and stir fry over moderately high heat until broccoli is just tender and garlic is golden about 2 minutes.

Add soy sauce and water and bring to a boil. Return meat to skillet and cook, stirring, until sauce is thickened, about 2 minutes.

Seriously easy, and oh so Good!
